Corporate Content Developer (63070)

Job Summary

A key member of the Global Learning and Development team, the Learning Portfolio Designer supports employees across the organization by creating engaging and relevant content deployed through a variety of digital platforms. 

The Learning Portfolio Designer is responsible for the full lifecycle of corporate learning development – analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.  This role works closely with front-line employees, leaders, HR Directors and Business Partners to understand and deliver on learning projects and programs. 

The successful candidate will have a sense of urgency, collaboration and communication skills, excellent writing skills and the ability to break complex down information into simplified tasks and solutions.  Has a sense of curiosity and seeks to improve processes, recognizes opportunities to simplify and gain efficiencies. Works well in a corporate environment with a distributed, global, hourly workforce

What you’ll do:

  • Conducts task and needs analysis to determine and recommend solutions
  • Creates detailed design documents, scripts and storyboards
  • Partners with external providers for cultivating and translating content
  • Develops a variety of learning solutions
  • Partners with business to identify learning needs and priorities
  • Communicates clearly and simply always thinking about the intended audience
  • Drives learning adoption, utilization and change management
  • Drives creation of learning solutions as assigned
  • Develops solutions that focus on utilization and enablement
  • Continually evaluates and updates content to enhance effectiveness and improve outcomes
  • Recommends and tracks appropriate KPIs to provide a picture of success
  • Builds and makes presentations to leaders throughout the organization
  • Has experience with a variety of learning tools such as Articulate, Rise, Snagit, Camtasia, Adobe and others

Measurements/Performance Indicators

  • Positive employee feedback through surveys and evaluations
  • Key talent indicators such as attraction, retention and turnover
  • Content creation and utilization rates

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years related work experience

Skills and abilities you should have:

  • Excellent writing, communication, analytical and writing skills
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment; initiative to work and learn independently
